“There are many varied reasons for seeking therapy; sometimes it is in response to a crisis. Sometimes people want to increase personal effectiveness, or learn how good relationships can be better. My goal is to support children, adults, and adolescents in discovering new strengths and enhancing the resources they already have for growth and healing.”
